Republic Official finalizing an arms deal with a Merr-Sonn representative.

"We at Merr-Sonn Munitions thank you for your continued patronage and support of our arms. We are sure they will surpass your expectations. Give the clones our best wishes."

The deal was over relatively quickly. Setting up the place to meet and debate the cost-benefit discrepancies was merely a formality. Whether or not the Republic needed these specific weapons was irrelevant. Everyone felt it. The war was at a tipping point. What happened in the next few months was going to decide the outcome of the entire conflict. It was relatively easy to push the bill through the Galactic Senate for more military spending. In the eyes of the senators, it was a necessary evil to finish this war and regain some semblance of stability in the galaxy.

Among the massive arms deal worth upwards of 90 million credits were many different arms and ordnance. Hundreds of crates of RPS-6 rocket launchers were among the deal, with the acquisition being justified as to deal with the Separatists' growing reliance on the HMP Droid Gunship. Along with various other explosives ranging in yield, many old blasters and weaponry were stocked up on. The Grand Army of the Republic increased its supply of the illustrious 773 Firepuncher, as well as many other weapons. Additionally, the engineers at Merr-Sonn Munitions created custom weaponry for the 10th Leviathan Legion. However, not many of these weapons were manufactured considering the clone legion's small size. As a result, the overall volume of weapons for the Leviathan troopers in comparison to the whole deal was minimal. The Z-7 Shoulder Cannon, DC-17mL Blaster Rifle, DC-17sL Blaster Pistol, DP-19L Shotgun, and the E-11S Sniper Rifle were all manufactured, with varying quantities depending on the cost and uses by each trooper. Other niche weaponry were also manufactured, such as that requested by the 108th Centurion Task Force. Merr-Sonn's specialty is with explosive ordnance and HE Weaponry. Therefore, the 108th's request was easily obliged. While the chassis of their mortars and artillery emplacements were created by their benefactors, StratosTech, the payloads of each of the explosives were outsourced to Merr-Sonn. Overall, the totality of unique weapons made for the various detachments that requested them were relegated to a mere two freighters out of the entire deal.

Overall, a fleet of about one-hundred heavy freighters of various size and capacity departed Merr-Sonn Munitions. They lie in various anchorages across Coruscant. Some were held up in transit, and are in undesirable locations. Some freighters even ended up being sent down towards the lower levels, to await inspection. The Coruscant Guard and other auxiliary forces will be dispatched to protect the freighters as they are checked and approved to be sent out. Assuming all goes well, they will be on their way to Kamino for storage, redistribution, and usage.
