I think this would be cool to add since it adds a new animation for someone getting shot. Just imagine on the battlefield getting riddled with shots and your body taking the impact doing this cool animation.

Just gonna warn you guys Animations have a tendency to cause performance issues in Garry's Mod. I can see this especially causing problems during PVP Simulations where the code inside the addon is having to constantly repeat itself over and over on multiple players. WiltOS already has lag issues due to animations being buggy in Gmod already. Adding another animation addon might not be the best choice.
