Do you have previous experience as a staff member on other servers? Yes. I have been staff on many DarkRP server and i have also been staff on a WW1RP server




What attributes can you bring to our server? I am experienced With staff work such as ULX and I know and love the server. I am patient and easy going and will listen to both sides of a story.




Do you think you're mature enough to be a moderator for our server? Yes, I am 22 years old with a job and real world responsibilities. I am mature enough to handle moderator.




Will you be active on our server? Yes, I will be active and currently I am very active on the CWRP server.




Do you have a microphone that you can use to communicate and quickly solve problems? Yes




Do you know all the rules for the server? Yes

Do you think our community respects you enough to become a moderator on the server? Yes. I am friends with many of the admins and have made good friends with many of the other members of the community.

Have you ever been punished on our server? If so, what were you punished for? I was kicked from the HaloRP server once for spawning a large prop. That is the only time on any of the servers i have been punished.

Why should we promote you to staff? (at least 100 words) I believe That I have what it takes to be a moderator for the server. I have many friends on the server and I believe the community likes and respects me. I have been playing on the servers that Burst Link has had and I know the rules. I also am mature. I have many experiences With staff from other servers I have played on on the past. I love the server, love the people, and know the server rules. I am a very patient person that will not hold a grudge on any person because I believe that would be unfair. I will listen to all angles of a story to make sure i am making the right dissensions so I do not make mistakes. I am also very active in the community. I can get on for hours at a time every day because my job involves me being at my computer anyway. I hope that you can consider me as your next choice as a staff member.

OK, I don't know who you are. Maybe you joined after I left, or maybe you go by a different name. So I am going to be basing my opinion on your application, and your application alone. This fact will have a minor impact on my opinion, but not a huge impact. Anyway, in this review of your application I am going cover the faults of your application, I am going to slightly base my judgement on how detailed your replies are so keep that in mind, and I am going to try not to be much of an asshole. If I do come across as an asshole, I'm sorry. I am not currently a staff member of the server, but I was a little while ago. I am going to use my experience from that time of my life to judge your application. Anyway onto the application.

For this review; anything I DO NOT like will be in red, anything I DO like will be in green, things that I need more information about will remain gray. Anything in gray will be covered in another reply should you decide to submit more information. Do not add on to anything in red or green. It is easier that way.

Again, I do not know who you are so I can't vouch for this. This is for someone else to judge.

For future reference we would like to know which servers you were a staff member for. If possible, also find someone to vouch for you.

We would appreciate an estimate on how often you can be on the server. You will probably be asked this again if you make it to the interview stage.

I would prefer a bigger answer, but you should probably study just in case you are asked what the rules of the server are.

Ok your friends respect you enough, but what about the people that aren't your friends?

Either you ran into a really aggressive mod, or this isn't the full story. I doubt you would be kicked for spawning a single prop, accident or not.

Now onto the part of the application that usually isn't up to par.

This is mostly a copy and paste of your previous answers. I would prefer a bit more detail, or even stories about why you should be accepted. Me, Crow, and several others would prefer to have a long application to read. It would show dedication if you took the time to make a large, and detailed reason to why you should be made a staff member on the server.

Now this part I really liked, this is the type of staff member the server needs. One that wouldn't act too quickly, wouldn't hold grudges, and one that would be willing to hear everyone's side of the story.

That is rather convenient, but I would still prefer an exact number.

I am going to vote against you becoming a staff member until you give us more information. All of my notes that are gray are to questions that require a more in-depth answer.
